Hiya, PLEASE NOTE, this is a BETA version. I have discounted it. It should work just fine, but some things to note: the top magnets do not provide a meaningful grip, which is why there is o-ring on the side wall instead. The O-ring has to be loose to provide the grip. What that means is that to get the splitter level one has to push it up against the step and can not rely on the magnets to do this. Overall it works great for me, but appreciate it is not an ideal workflow and takes a bit of getting used to. If it doesn't work out for you, I'll happily refund it.

That said the price is a bargain for an aluminium precision milled part.

Regards fit with portafilter - the maximum diameter is 55.5mm which will fit most open portafilters, but there are a few that won't.

Flow splitter that fits the 46mm basket and allows you to create two singles shot in one go. Similar to the flow splitters found in commercial spouted portafilters.

Ensure a consistent split flow and easier QoL when making two singles.

Matched diameter for 58:46mm step down basket. 

Please note -  the splitter has a diameter of 56mm. Check whether the opening of your portafilter is large enough!

PS - the o-ring is lose intentionally - but requires a gentle fit to push on correctly.
